IRP Publishes Training Video IRP, Inc., the repository of the International Registration Plan, has created a training video for motor carriers, state and provincial personnel, and other interested parties that provides a basic understanding of what IRP requires of a Plan registrant. Special emphasis is placed on the importance of record keeping, on which IRP auditing depends. The video is intended only as an introductory overview; IRP, Inc. cautions that those with a need for detailed information will need to contact the appropriate jurisdiction for it.
